Pilates Reformer Schedule
This innovative machine is the heart of equipment-based Pilates training. The Reformer enhances movement awareness and control through a flowing, full body workout that increases core strength, coordination, and improves alignment and muscular balance. Participants with previous Pilates experience may be exempt from this requirement, at the discretion of the instructor. Class size is limited to 5-6 participants.

$240/Member - $360/Non-Member for a 12-week session (1-hour classes)
$25/Member - $35/Non-Member for drop-ins.
