Welcome to the Bel Air Athletic Club

Thanks for taking a look around our website and learning about the Club. With February being the short month that it is I always feel like March arrives before we’re ready for it. But as soon as it gets here everyone seems to have the same focus: Spring! 

Whether it’s a Spring break vacation or the fact that summer is just around the corner, it’s another period where people get serious about fitness. And while you’re getting serious, we’ll do our best to make it fun.

 

For starters, if you’re reading this and thinking of joining, we’ll entice you to get active. Call our Membership Sales team before March 18 and we’ll be able to sweeten your enrollment offer.

 

If you’re already a Member, we haven’t forgotten about you, either. Refer a new member in March and you’ll receive a dues credit.

 

Now as far as getting in shape, we have all of the equipment you need to do it on your own. If you would like some help, however, may I recommend our Fit Express program. Conducted in a small-group setting it runs 3 days a week (cardio and resistance training) for 12 weeks. You’ll work with a Personal Trainer and it’s all about accelerating your results. A new class begins every month so there’s no time like the present.

 

Speaking of results, another great opportunity exists with Pilates. Before you join a Pilates Group Class we ask that you complete either the 3 private or the 5 group INTRO Pilates Packages and then you’ll be on your way. If you want a proven, full body workout, it’s hard to beat Pilates.

 

And with that, it’s hard to beat this time of year. Like I said: Spring!
